A regular metal processing factory in Vietnam chose a machine trade-in upgrade to replace their outdated and low-efficiency tube reducing equipment. The old machine frequently broke down and affected production stability. To improve output quality and working efficiency, the customer finally purchased our new hydraulic tube reducing machine. This model is specially used for processing carbon steel square tubes up to 55×55 mm with a maximum wall thickness of 2 mm. After replacement, the factory achieved more stable running performance, lower failure rates, faster processing speed and better tube forming quality, fully meeting their mass production requirements.
