This machine can complete chamfering and face finishing of both inner and outer angles on the end faces of round pipes and bars in one pass, ensuring high speed and precision.
To maintain the accurate and consistent centerline alignment between the workpiece and the cutter head, the clamping die and cutter head are precision-engineered to achieve uniform machining of the workpiece in a single operation.
The cutter head features a specialized design with standardized blades, enabling quick and easy tool adjustment.
With manual feeding, automatic clamping, and automatic tool advance/retreat, the machine delivers high processing speed and increased output.
The semi-automatic mechanical model offers two-stage speed control: the first stage is a rapid feed to save cycle time, while the second stage allows adjustable cutting/chamfering speed to achieve a smooth finished surface.
When switching to workpieces of different dimensions, only simple adjustments to the cutter head and replacement of the clamping die are required.
