PS Series Hydraulic Automatic Pipe Reducing Machine
This machine is a newly developed product independently researched and manufactured by our company on the basis of introducing advanced foreign technologies. It is controlled by PLC, driven by hydraulic pressure, and features conversational operation; all electrical and hydraulic components are imported from overseas.
Adopting the PLC control system with strong memory and no contact points, the machine achieves better quality, more stable performance and simpler operation, and can be operated without professional technical personnel. The movable foot switch has three functions: start, emergency stop and emergency stop reset, ensuring higher safety. It also supports flexible selection of manual/auto mode, one-time/two-time processing, and Die I/Die II options.
Changing different dies enables the machine to meet various pipe-end forming requirements such as pipe reducing, pipe expanding, upsetting, internal and external flanging. The processed shapes include convex-concave joints, straight sections, offset sections, square sections, tapered sections, V-shaped sections, regular polygons, symmetrical polygons, open elbows and plain-end elbows. Die replacement is fast and convenient, facilitating flexible production.
PS-B Series Pipe Reducing Machine
Featuring an upgraded die-changing device on the basis of the original model, this machine solves the problem that secondary pipe reducing with die replacement was previously required when a single operation could not complete the process. Its applicability has thus been greatly enhanced.

Application Fields of Metal Pipe Shrinking and Expanding Machine
This machine is designed for shrinking, expanding, flanging and other forming processes on the end or middle part of metal pipes, and its core application fields are as follows:
1. Automotive Manufacturing and Parts Industry (core field)
It is applied to the reducing and expanding forming of automotive chassis, exhaust systems, fuel pipelines, cooling pipelines and frame pipes. For example, the reducing/expanding processing of exhaust muffler interfaces, oil pipe joints and chassis beam joints, so as to meet the assembly requirements of welding or clamping connection.
2. Construction Machinery and Agricultural Machinery Manufacturing
It is suitable for the processing of hydraulic pipelines, structural pipes, cylinder barrels and pipes of bucket/frame. For instance, the reducing and expanding of pipeline joints of excavators, loaders and tractors, as well as the variable-diameter butt joint of structural pipes, improving assembly precision and structural strength.
3. Furniture and Fitness Equipment Manufacturing
It is used for the reducing and expanding of metal pipe furniture (such as office chairs, shelves, outdoor tables and chairs) and fitness equipment (such as dumbbell racks, treadmill frames, barbell bars), realizing nesting, butt joint and welding between pipes, and balancing structural stability and appearance.
4. Pipeline Engineering and Fluid Conveyance Industry
For metal pipelines in gas supply, water supply and drainage, petrochemical industry and HVAC, it conducts end expanding and reducing of pipes to adapt to flange connection, socket welding and crimping connection, especially suitable for on-site or prefabricated processing of thin-walled stainless steel pipes, copper pipes and other pipes.

It is used for the precision reducing and expanding forming of aviation ducts, structural pipes of high-speed rail/subway car bodies and brake pipelines, requiring high dimensional accuracy and no deformation damage, so as to meet the harsh working conditions of lightweight, high-pressure sealing and fatigue resistance.

Hardware field: processing of pipes for guardrails, doors and windows, scaffolding and kitchen utensils;
