Core Design and Principle
• Double - layer die structure: Equipped with two independent sets of upper and lower dies, it supports synchronous processing of double pipes or continuous forming of different procedures, reducing die - changing time and improving efficiency.
• Drive and control: Adopting servo motor + hydraulic hybrid drive, combined with CNC system, it realizes multi - axis linkage such as feeding, rotating and bending, with high positioning accuracy and stability.
• Action process: It automatically completes clamping, pipe bending, core pulling, feeding, pipe rotating, demolding, die changing, etc. Some models are equipped with side auxiliary pushing/supporting pipes, suitable for complex pipe fittings.
