2. Working Principle

1. Position and fix the pipe to be processed (round pipe / square pipe / rectangular pipe) on the lower female die;

2. Start the equipment, and the hydraulic cylinder pushes the slide to drive the male die to move down rapidly;

3. The male die applies instantaneous high pressure to the pipe, causing the pipe to undergo plastic deformation along the cavity of the female die, completing the bending in one stamping;

4. The slide returns, take out the formed pipe, and finish the processing.
