Pipe Bending Machine

Our pipe bending machines support both single R-radius bending and multi R-radius complex bending.

For parts with only one bending radius, single-layer dies are recommended for simple structure and fast die changing.
For tubes requiring multiple different bending radii on one part, multi-layer stacked dies are used to achieve continuous forming in a single clamping.

All machines are equipped with space servo rotation, enabling 3D pipe bending without turning over tubes, ensuring high precision, stable forming and high efficiency.

Introduction and Applications of Profile Rolling Machine

The profile rolling machine is mainly used for large-arc bending and forming, specially designed for processing large-radius arcs, full circles, ellipses and other curved shapes of pipes and profiles. It ensures smoother arcs and more regular forming effects.

This machine is compatible with various profiles such as round pipes, square pipes, special-shaped pipes and aluminum profiles. For large-curvature bending applications, it enables continuous rolling operation, with scratch-free and deformation-free forming surfaces, perfectly making up for the processing limitations of pipe benders in small-radius bending.

Equipped with a precise control system, it can flexibly adjust the radian. It is widely used in large-arc workpiece processing in industries including hardware furniture, guardrails and fences, greenhouse skeletons, bathroom pipe fittings and decorative profiles, meeting the production needs of various curved products.
