This fully‑automatic integrated tube processing production line combines automatic loading, feeding, tube bending and multi‑station tube end‑forming in one system. It is engineered for high‑volume manufacturing of metal tubular components widely used in automotive parts, agricultural livestock equipment, furniture piping and general metal fabrication industries.

The line eliminates repeated manual handling between separate machines. Raw tubes are automatically fed into the system, completing a full sequence of processes including bending, flaring, shrinking, upsetting and other tube‑end operations in a single production cycle. Additional modules such as cutting, punching and chamfering can be integrated upon customer requirements to realize a complete one‑stop tube‑fabrication workflow.

Built with heavy‑duty mechanical frame and reliable hydraulic & servo drive system, the production line delivers consistent dimensional accuracy for mass‑produced workpieces. It effectively cuts down labor input, lowers human‑caused errors, and greatly improves overall production efficiency. The machine supports carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy tubes, and can be tailored according to customers’ tube specifications and process flow.
