The machine mainly consists of main transmission mechanism, mandrel mechanism, pushing mechanism, clamping mechanism, electrical system and hydraulic system.
During operation, the motor drives the oil pump to generate pressurized oil. The PLC sends commands to control opening and closing of each solenoid valve. All oil cylinders act in preset sequence to realize tube bending.
