We was founded in 1945, with its predecessor being the New Fourth Army’s firearms repair shop. It is the earliest enterprise in China specializing in the R&D, production of small and medium-power diesel engines, general gasoline engines and agricultural machinery, as well as one of the first listed companies in China’s agricultural machinery industry.
After more than 70 years of technological innovation and development, the company has grown into an international enterprise integrating high-end manufacturing, domestic and international trade, mining and mineral processing and sales, and modern agricultural production services, with a number of wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries, boasting a diversified and competitive business layout.
The company has two strong wholly-owned manufacturing subsidiaries: Jiangdong Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the R&D, production and sales of reducers, diesel internal combustion engines and precision parts, with a 200,000-square-meter manufacturing base in Shanggang, Yancheng, with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of precision castings and 800,000 sets of internal combustion engines and parts; Jiangsu Jianghuai Engine Co., Ltd. specializes in gasoline internal combustion engines, generator sets and garden machinery, relying on intelligent digital workshops in Yancheng Development Zone, achieving an annual output of 2 million gasoline engines and terminal products, and 300,000 sets of garden machinery. It also devotes itself to the R&D of new engines in the general machinery field and lays out new energy technology reserves.
Its holding subsidiary, Tibet Zhongkai Mining Co., Ltd., owns a number of lead-zinc, copper mines and mineral processing plants; Shanghai Nongyi Information Technology Co., Ltd., in response to the national strategies of rural revitalization and digital rural development, focuses on the development of intelligent agriculture application solutions, intelligent hardware and software platforms, providing a full range of agricultural information services and system planning services.
In addition, the company has established in-depth cooperation with IMG Xingyu Machinery, supporting professional pipe processing equipment such as double-head pipe benders and 3D CNC fully automatic pipe benders, which are widely used in the production of core components such as generator frames and agricultural machinery engine frames, fully ensuring product manufacturing quality and efficiency
