A: Controlled by PLC and touch screen, it realizes full-automatic operations including automatic feeding, clamping, servo positioning, cutting, discharging and counting. It is mainly used for cutting pure aluminum and aluminum alloy round pipes, square pipes and aluminum bars. The cut surface is burr-free with no pipe deformation.

A: The standard length tolerance is ±0.05~±0.1mm, and the cutting angle tolerance is ±0.05°, meeting requirements for most precision pipe processing.

Q3: How to choose models according to pipe diameter?
A:
- Pipe diameter φ2~20mm: Choose SDY-Q180/455CNC small-diameter model, capable of cutting multiple pipes at one time.
- Pipe diameter 20~120mm / Square pipe ≤120×120mm: Choose 455 standard model, cost-effective for general use.
- Pipe diameter 120~140mm / Low material loss required: Choose 550 minimal remnant model, remnant length ≤1mm.
- Large diameter φ120~340mm: Choose SDY-QF1000-Z heavy-duty model.
Q4: Which model suits small-batch and mass production?
A: The 455 standard model is recommended for small-batch and multi-specification production. The 550 minimal remnant model is ideal for medium and large-scale mass production to reduce material waste.
Q5: Are there different configurations for pure aluminum and hard aluminum alloy?
A: Yes. Standard aluminum-alloy saw blades apply to pure aluminum / soft aluminum. For hard aluminum alloy, special cemented carbide saw blades and enhanced cooling system are required.

Q6: What are the standard core configurations?
A: Standard parts include servo ball screw feeding system, automatic spray cooling system, safety light curtain and counter. Heavy-duty models adopt thickened machine bed, reinforced clamping structure and high-power spindle.
Q7: What is the minimal remnant model and its advantages?
A: It refers to the 550 series. Optimized structure controls the remnant length within 1mm, greatly improving material utilization. Perfect for cost-sensitive mass production.
Q8: Any mandatory operation rules for aluminum pipe cutting?
A: Aluminum material tends to stick to saw blades. Dry cutting is strictly prohibited. Keep the automatic spray cooling system running during operation.
Q9: What daily maintenance is required?
A: Clean aluminum scraps on the machine body, guide rails and around saw blades every day. Regularly check saw blade wear and clamping pressure, and replace worn blades timely.
Q10: Safety precautions?
A: Always keep safety protection devices such as light curtains in service. Reserve maintenance space around the machine. Do not touch the cutting area during operation.
