A: Controlled by PLC and touch screen, it realizes full-automatic operations including automatic feeding, clamping, servo positioning, cutting, discharging and counting. It is mainly used for cutting pure aluminum and aluminum alloy round pipes, square pipes and aluminum bars. The cut surface is burr-free with no pipe deformation.

A:

  • Pipe diameter φ2~20mm: Choose SDY-Q180/455CNC small-diameter model, capable of cutting multiple pipes at one time.
  • Pipe diameter 20~120mm / Square pipe ≤120×120mm: Choose 455 standard model, cost-effective for general use.
  • Pipe diameter 120~140mm / Low material loss required: Choose 550 minimal remnant model, remnant length ≤1mm.
  • Large diameter φ120~340mm: Choose SDY-QF1000-Z heavy-duty model.

A: The 455 standard model is recommended for small-batch and multi-specification production. The 550 minimal remnant model is ideal for medium and large-scale mass production to reduce material waste.
