Foreground Orange Main Unit: Fully Automatic CNC Tube Bender (Core Host of the Production Line)
The elongated machine adopts an orange-and-white color scheme. It is fitted with linear guide rails, servo feeding modules and a 3-jaw chuck at the tail end for clamping tubes to complete multi-angle bending. A touch HMI panel plus an emergency stop button are mounted at the lower right of the machine body, enabling programming of bending sequences and adjustment of feeding, clamping and bending speeds. Black cable carriers on the upper section route internal wiring. This equipment executes the core tube bending and forming procedures.
2. Bottom-right Section of the Frame: Red 6-axis Industrial Robotic Arm
It is a standard articulated industrial robot bolted to the factory floor. A tube gripping fixture is installed at the arm end effector to automatically unload and transfer finished bent tubes, enabling unmanned connection between working stations and handling material conveyance across the whole automated line.
3. Upper-right Assembly: Laser Tube Cutting Unit
Composed of a black fiber laser main cabinet and transverse tube conveying brackets, this station performs fixed-length laser cutting on long tubes with guaranteed cutting tolerance of ±0.2–0.65 mm, acting as the upstream blanking workstation for tubular raw materials.
4. Rear White Framed Structure: Automatic Tube Loading Rack
This truss-style multi-stock storage rack contains built-in rollers and drive assemblies. It supports automatic loading for tubes with lengths ranging from 4 m to 6 m, continuously feeding raw tubes to the laser cutter and eliminating manual raw tube placement work.
