Working Process (Fully‑automatic Closed‑loop Operation)
1. Loading: The material silo automatically replenishes materials, and the servo‑driven feeder conveys pipes to each station with high precision.
2. Tube‑end Reducing: Pipe ends are fed into the reducing dies and hydraulically formed in a single pass (reduction / expansion).
3. Punching: CNC positioning is adopted for simultaneous multi‑die punching with automatic scrap removal.
4. Circle Rolling: Pipes are fed into the rolling rollers and bent into the specified arc or full circle according to the programmed parameters.
5. Discharging: Finished products are automatically unloaded and stacked; the whole line operates in continuous cycle without manual intervention.
