In 1989, the enterprise was restructured from a state owned enterprise into a private enterprise. In 1990, it was officially renamed Zhangjiagang Xingyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., stepping into the pipe-bending equipment industry.
We produce more than 10 series of machinery: metal circular sawing machines, SW series double-head tube benders, DW series single-head tube benders, PS series tube end forming machines, MG series gear grinding machines, YU series gantry tube benders and KR series riveting machines.
In 2020, the brand IMG was launched to explore overseas markets.
Our factory relocated to a new industrial park in 2024. With expanded production space and standardized workshop layout, we specialize in manufacturing a full range of tubeprocessing machinery.

3 sets of Model 450 automatic pipe cutting machines were customized for a US pipe manufacturer. Designed for 12m extra-long 2×2 inch square tubes, the solution achieved 4-tube simultaneous cutting, automatic discharge and stable mass production.
Working Parameters & Custom Configuration
- Processing material: 12m extra-long 2×2-inch square steel tube
- Production capacity: Mass cutting of 4 tubes simultaneously per cycle
- Custom upgrade: Full-length extended material support rack + automatic discharge conveyor belt

Custom Tube Line For Livestock Projects, Reducing, Punching & Rolling
This custom‑built production line is specially developed for livestock pen and breeding‑fence projects, integrating three core functions: tube‑end reducing, CNC hole punching and tube circle rolling, to complete continuous one‑stop tube processing.
It works well with hot‑dip galvanized round & square tubes, ideal for cattle neck yokes, animal pens, farm fencing and barn structural components.
Equipped with servo feeding and hydraulic forming, the line performs end reducing, multi‑station punching and arc / full‑circle rolling in a single clamping cycle without repeated reloading. PLC touch‑screen control stores multiple process recipes for livestock parts, enabling fast size change‑over.
Heavy‑duty machine frame supports long‑hour mass production. Quick‑change mold design allows fully‑customized stations and forming dimensions according to customer project drawings for non‑standard orders.
Custom PS80B Single-Head Double-Station Tube End Forming Machine For Automotive pipe
This is a non-standard customized PS80B single-head double-station tube end forming machine for an Indian customer.The machine integrates two core functions: tube reducing and tube upsetting/expanding, specially optimized for processing carbon steel tubes with OD 49.1mm and wall thickness 1.6mm.
According to the customer’s strict technical drawing requirements, the machine is equipped with two sets of dedicated forming molds.Both the reducing process and the upsetting process adopt two-step progressive forming technology.This advanced segmented processing effectively avoids common defects of thin-wall carbon steel tubes, such as cracking, wrinkling and deformation. All finished products fully comply with the customer’s high-precision dimensional tolerance standards.
